Explore our engineering excellence across different product series
Located in Phnom Penh, this project utilizes our Packaged Container House system to create a stunning 3-star hotel. Comprising 92 detachable units, the structure was assembled on-site with bolts and screws, eliminating the need for heavy welding. The flat-pack design significantly reduced shipping costs. The building features reinforced steel columns for stability and high-density rock wool insulation, ensuring guests stay cool in the tropical heat.
Indonesia: Remote Mining Camp Accommodation
In the remote jungles of Indonesia, logistics is the biggest challenge. Our flat-packed container houses were the perfect solution for this mining camp housing 200 workers. The units were transported efficiently by truck and assembled rapidly. The modular design allows for easy expansion as the workforce grows. These units provide a robust, weather-proof living environment with integrated sanitation facilities, ensuring high worker welfare standards.
Philippines: Señor Tesoro Academy Classrooms
This educational facility in Pangasinan demonstrates the versatility of the packaged container system. 40 units were combined to form spacious, well-lit classrooms and administrative offices. The prefabricated wall panels are easy to clean and maintain. The structure is engineered to withstand local typhoon conditions, providing a safe and durable learning space for students. The project was completed in just 45 days, just in time for the new school semester.
Saudi Arabia: Large Scale Site Office
For a mega-infrastructure project in Saudi Arabia, we supplied a two-story office complex using packaged container units. The key requirement was thermal performance. We utilized upgraded 75mm PU sandwich panels and double-glazed windows to combat the extreme desert heat. The modular system allowed for a flexible layout, including meeting rooms, prayer rooms, and a cafeteria, all connected by external steel walkways.
Indonesia: Packaged Container House for Worker Accommodation
This project in Indonesia required a fast and flexible housing solution. Using our packaged container houses, we delivered modular units that were quickly installed and adapted to local climate conditions.
The stackable design optimized land use, while the prefabricated structure reduced on-site construction time. After use, the units can be relocated and reused, offering a practical and sustainable solution.
Australia: Modern Granny Flat
This Expandable House project in Queensland, Australia, serves as a high-end backyard "Granny Flat". The client chose the expandable model for its incredible space efficiency. Transported as a compact unit, it expands to nearly three times its size upon installation. The interior features a modern kitchen with stone benchtops, a full bathroom, and two bedrooms. It fully complies with Australian building codes regarding plumbing and electrical safety.
USA: California Backyard Studio
In response to the housing shortage in California, this client utilized our expandable house as a rental studio. The unit features a contemporary layout with an open-plan living area. The ease of installation meant no heavy cranes were required, preserving the existing landscape of the property. The expandable wings provide generous square footage, making it a comfortable home for a young couple.
Afghanistan: Military Expandable Containers
Supplied 120 sets used as shelters, operation rooms, and medicalstations.Proven robust exterior and flexible mobility in harshterrain.
Military Application
Texas, USA: Mobile Medical Stations
Deployed 70 sets of expandable containers across various cities.A sustainable, eco-friendly solution reducing reliance ontraditional energy.
Fiji: Cyclone Resistant Family Home
In the Pacific Islands, housing must be resilient. This expandable house project in Fiji provides affordable, cyclone-resistant housing for local families. The structure is anchored securely to a concrete foundation. The expandable design allows for a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom layout that is spacious enough for a family of four. It represents a revolution in affordable housing for island nations.
Turkey: Emergency Earthquake Relief
Time is critical in disaster zones. Following the earthquake in Turkey, our Folding Container Houses were deployed to provide immediate shelter. These units can be installed in just 4 minutes using a crane and two workers. Hundreds of units were set up within days to form a temporary village, providing safe, dry, and warm housing for displaced families. The folding design maximized shipping efficiency, delivering more units per truck.
China: Mobile Medical Isolation Units
During health crises, rapid medical infrastructure is essential. This project utilized folding container houses to create temporary isolation wards and testing centers. The interiors are easy to sanitize, and the units are air-tight and water-tight. Because they are foldable, they can be stored in a warehouse occupying minimal space when not in use and deployed instantly when an emergency arises.
South Africa: Mobile Construction Barracks
For a road construction project that moves linearly across South Africa, mobility is key. The construction company chose folding containers for their workers' barracks. As the road progress advances, the camp needs to move. These units can be folded down, loaded onto trucks, and re-erected at the next site within hours. This mobility saves significant time and logistics costs compared to traditional prefabs.
Japan: Pop-up Event Retail Stores
In Tokyo's fast-paced retail environment, pop-up stores are a trend. We supplied modified folding containers for a series of outdoor festivals. The units served as ticket booths, merchandise stalls, and mini-cafes. The clients appreciated the speed of setup—arriving in the morning and fully operational by noon. The robust steel structure also provides excellent security for goods overnight.
Brazil: Military Field Operations Center
Military operations require gear that is rugged and rapid. This project involved supplying folding container houses for a field operations center in Brazil. The units are used as command posts and sleeping quarters. The folding mechanism is simple enough that soldiers can set it up with minimal tools. The containers are painted in camouflage and feature reinforced flooring to handle heavy equipment.
