We ship worldwide from Nansha and Shekou ports. Container options include 40HQ and 40' flat rack. DDP door-to-door service available for individual buyers.

Crane-Ready in One Day

Whole-house units arrive fully assembled and are installed by crane onto a pre-prepared base. No specialist labour, no extended construction timeline.

Our Process

From First Enquiry to Move-In

A clear, six-step process designed to give you full visibility and confidence at every stage — from initial consultation through to installation and after-sales support.

Step 1

Communicate & Consult

Share your project requirements — site location, number of units, intended use, and any existing drawings. If you don't have drawings yet, no problem. Our team will provide professional recommendations and a custom design tailored to your needs. A detailed quotation follows once drawings are confirmed.

Step 2

Confirm Design & Contract

Once drawings and pricing are agreed, a formal contract is issued with stamp and signature. Final drawings are sent again for your review and sign-off before production begins. Every detail is locked in before a single component is cut.

Step 3

Production & Quality Control

Upon receipt of the 50% deposit, production begins. A dedicated quality inspector oversees the entire manufacturing process at our Foshan facility. Clients are welcome to visit the factory during production. Production lead time: 45 days.

Step 4

Loading & Shipment

One week before production completes, we notify you to arrange the balance payment and confirm shipping details. We can assist with freight arrangements. Ocean transit: 20–35 days from Nansha or Shekou port.

Installation & On-Site Support

After shipment, we provide complete installation drawings and video tutorials. For whole-house models, crane placement onto a prepared base is all that's required. On-site engineer support is available in key markets for an additional fee.

Step 6

After-Sales & Feedback

Once your project is complete, we welcome project photos and honest feedback. Our team remains available for any technical questions after handover. We upgrade and improve our products continuously based on real-world installation experience.
