MUCU T House Camps

What Is a T House Camp?

The T-style prefab labor camp is widely used in the Middle East for its fast construction speed and refined modern design. Unlike the K House, all steel structural components are concealed inside the wall and roof panels — connected by bolts and screws — giving T House buildings a clean, flush exterior finish.

T House structures support up to 3 storeys and can be assembled and disassembled up to six times, making them well suited to long-term or relocatable camp projects across construction, oil and gas, and mining sectors.

T House camps feature excellent waterproofing, fireproofing, thermal insulation, and acoustic performance — meeting the demands of both hot desert climates and humid tropical environments.

All camp layouts are fully customised. Share your headcount, site dimensions, and functional requirements, and our team will design a complete camp and provide a detailed quotation.

How T House Differs from K House

T House Camp
Modern · Concealed Structure
  • Square tube steel — columns, beams concealed inside panels
  • Clean flush exterior — no exposed steel elements
  • Popular in Middle East for modern aesthetic
  • 50/75/100mm wall and roof sandwich panel options
  • Bolt and screw connection — no welding on site
  • Excellent waterproof, fireproof, insulation performance
  • 1–3 storeys, reassemble up to 6 times
  • Fully customisable layout and room configuration
K House Camp
Economical · Rapid Deploy
  • C-section steel — columns and beams partially visible
  • Standard exterior finish with exposed framing
  • Most widely used globally — lowest cost per m²
  • 50mm standard sandwich panel
  • Simple bolt connection — very fast assembly
  • Good thermal and weather performance
  • 1–3 storeys, reassemble up to 6 times
  • 300m² per day installation rate with 6-person team
1F
Single Storey
Canteens, offices, clinics, and toilet blocks are best designed single storey for drainage access and high daily footfall.
2F
Double Storey
The standard for dormitory blocks — typically with a central walkway and toilet and shower rooms positioned on the ground floor.
3F
Triple Storey
Maximum accommodation density on a compact footprint. All square tube columns and beams concealed inside panel construction.

Main Materials

T House camps are specified to a higher finish standard than K House, with concealed steel framing and thicker panel options suited to extreme climates.

Steel Structure
Square tube steel for all columns and primary beams. C-section steel for purlins and secondary framing. All structural elements concealed inside wall and roof panels.
Wall Panel
50mm, 75mm, or 100mm insulated sandwich panel — EPS, iEPS, PU, Rock Wool, or Glass Wool core. Thicker options for extreme hot or cold climates.
Roof Panel
50mm, 75mm, or 100mm insulated roof sandwich panel — same core options as wall. Engineered for waterproofing and thermal performance in demanding environments.
Windows & Doors
950×1200mm aluminum sliding windows. Steel doors or sandwich panel doors. All openings designed for weather sealing and thermal efficiency.
Flooring
15mm or 18mm cement board or plywood board on structural floor frame. Accepts ceramic tile, PVC tile, or other decorative floor finishes.
Interior & Exterior Finish
PVC decoration sheet for exterior wall, PVC ceiling, ceramic or PVC floor tile, wall paper. All finishes applied locally — base structure supplied complete.
